Default shocks g16

I have a g16 and im looking for some shock options mine keeps bottoming out in the rear when people ride in the back i see they sell heavy duty ones but just wondering if anyone uses shocks off something else and it has a 6in lift thanks.

Shocks don,t carry load, you will need to add spring capacity.
Coil over shocks. air shocks or heavier springs.

It has coil shocks i was just wondering if anyone used atv shocks or whatever that would work good.

maybe some sled shocks they are progressive and stiff
being mounted at a large angle?

Like Dooms said, its all in the spring. Your wasting your money and time if you try to put other shocks from ATV's etc... You'll end up with a spongy and dangerous ride. I've been here and done this, trust me, the only thing you should do is buy the Jakes HD shock/springs on the rear. They are more expensive, but after you waste money on other shocks, its even more expensive!!
