Default g-16 with 500 artic cat motor

i am just about done with putting the snowmobile motor in,but i do not know if i need to use the muffler set-up off the cougar motor.i have another cart with a snowmobile motor ,it has a flexpipe with a truck muffler it runs fine.

To your question, lower performance 2 cycles will run well if you hit the right bacpreasure and length of pipe.
However they will run best if you can use the stock exhaust.

i will post pics or a video soon.as far as the muffler i dont have room for the snowmobile exhaust ,so i ll half to see if i cant weld something up with the expansion chamber and a regular muffler

Just go to a atv shop,I was able to get a muffler tear off from a 600 rhino for $10.00 !!!

He can't put a Rhino exhaust on a 2 stroke, it won't run right.

one of the local garages offered to put an exhaust system on it for free. i am going to try to do it myself but if i cant get it i will let them do it.
