This confirms that the proper throttle signal is getting all the way back to your controller. It sounds to me as if the problem is with the AllTrax controller programming. I'd call AllTrax and pick their brain.

Dang, okay. The ALLTRAX manual says to disable HPD.. Guess I'll take the controller out, program it again and see what happens.

the controller also needs to be programed for 5k-0 throttle input.

Welp.. After all my trouble I plugged the controller into the computer, disabled the HPD, wired it back in the cart and guess what.... It worked. Can't believe that it was that simple. Thanks guys for all the help! Never even would have guessed the issue without your help.
