First of all thank you both and I have answers to your questions.

This is exactly why I am frustrated...I can't find the answers or schematics.

My serial number is HA9144...I will upload new pics this evening.

There is one solenoid. 3 micro switches mounted behind the fnr switch... I posted a picture of switches (they are rigged) I have replaced with new ones. That was a temporary fix for continuity check.

CTD, you are AWESOME! Any help on the wire colors? Are there typical issues this cart has?
Thanks again!

Ah, the old solid state 36 volt cart. Typical issues with these include solenoids going bad and controllers going bad. Not too hard to replace either if they're bad, but the controller is gonna sting the wallet more. Once you get it wired up like CTD's diagram shows, if it still doesn't work post what its doing and we can walk you through the troubleshooting steps.

This version is my favorite type of 36 volt CC, it's just like the early 48 volt controller carts except there's no failure prone OBC!

Thank you all! So, you both are in agreement it is probably not the obc?
It could be a grounding issue with the motor as well. It is missing the proper insulator on one of the prongs to the motor. Maybe, it's grounding out...
