It's either that or your U-bolts are not tight. Have you checked them? However, when the u-bolts are loose, usually both wheels lock up.

How much lift do you have, I think anything over 3" you do need to extend the cable. You need to have a good fit on these cables if they are stretched out you can have what your saying but you may be able to adjust your cable some, there is an adjustment at the pedal section you can try. Also get that number under the passenger dash to get all of the information your wanting on your cart.

It has a 6 inch lift and yes the drivers side cable is very tight. Also when I do touch the brake it instantly locks up. I will order a longer cable

You can do a couple of things to fix this. 1: Install a new passenger side cable on the drivers side. 2: Tilt the entire axle back a little by loosening the u bolts and tightening the front nuts more than the back ( or whichever tips it back...forgot which unless I am under the cart ) This will give your cable more slack and it is a free fix or 3: Reinstall lift per Tahoe Dogs instructions in the sticky. Your cable is too tight and all of these will fix the problem.

I will try moving the axle for a temp fix until the cable gets here! Does anyone know if the underside where it looks like some corrosion is normal? Maybe just need to take out batteries and do some TLC?

It looks like you have a SPWS for your cart. If your careful that should eliminate most of the corrosion issues. Keep your batteries filled and charge every time you use the cart. And ONLY USE DISTILLED WATER.

Baking soda and water, and don't overfill the batteries to prevent spillage in the future

OK thanks, I just checked for serial number in other places and it looks like he took the stickers off!

What is SPWS?....Nevermind I found it.

Prior owner said he did not use it because he could not find the tip. Is this a good thing or bad thing? He said he just hand watered them.
