Re: Western Model 400 Rebuild
I like that color! Looks a lot like that Raptor I see in the background.

Re: Western Model 400 Rebuild
The Raptor is a match for the 4 seat cart. The 2 seat is the Camaro color. Spraying a red one next week.

Re: Western Model 400 Rebuild
Dash layout. Real volt meter, custom hi lo switch next to forward and reverse. Then all my auxiliary lighting and accessories. Still some wiring to do.
USB outlet for charging my phone or iPod and 12volt auxiliary, marine grade with rubber plugs. The voltage reducer neatly mounted behind the speed control. This is a true 30 amp continuous voltage reducer. I may have to add a second with some of my planned lighting. Marine grade fuse box to eliminate all the inline fuses. So if there is a problem, there is only one place to look for a fuse issue. All the hots and grounds are fed from here. Clean and simple. |

Re: Western Model 400 Rebuild
It's an easy go TXT dash cover. You have to have the same dash on your cart as this is just a decorative cover. ebay is the cheapest but the fit is a little off. I did 4 carts. The ones from ebay took a little effort and screws to hold them in place. The store bought ones fit much better but I would not pay the extra. Just get the cheapest one you can find and you'll be fine.
