unknown golf buggy brand

hi my family recently bought a caravan park where we found a old school jeep looking golf buggy, at the time it was a no go seized front hub, no key, 1 bulging battery.
so far i have fixed the key and wheel issue, now why wont it go????
i have been doing alot of research the body is off so i can check all wires for damage and fuses, discovered that the motor will turn buy connecting a1-f1 terminals and bridging terminals a2 -f2, but i am still none of the wiser, all lights and indicators work, the dc-dc transformer works it has a green light, and the controller has a yellow and green light but red light is not lit. its 72volt right now its running on 60volt, when i select either f-r the solenoid clicks but nothing turns,
any help on what type of cart this is or where to go from here would be great,

Perhaps the controller not willing to work properly on less than 72 volts? Hook up another battery and see what happens...

i used a car battery and still the same it clicks but doesnt want to me move
