Default Extension Cord Theft from Charging Station

We keep our golf cart at our yacht club and my daughter forgot to plug in the on-board charger so I guess that gave permission for someone to steal our standard run of the mill extension cord (not the Delta-Q cord). Granted, my cart is a lowly Chinese-made Zone Electric which garners no respect from the snobby Club Car owners (even though it is faster and looks better) but is there a way to "lock" my extension cord around the post where the outlets are? Thanks.

2010 Zone Electric NEV-48

I am just giving them crap because when I first started researching carts, I couldn't believe how bad the made-in-China carts were being trashed on this forum. Shoot, most of the major components in these Chinese carts are the same as what is in the American-made carts so I don't know what all the hate is about.

Seriously though, I can't Google up anything on how to lock an extension cord and there must be something out there. Screw it, I will just put a Zone Electric sticker on the cord and nobody will touch it with a ten-foot pole.

You got it.... And add a "crap-load" of zip-ties too, that will take some time to cut off! Do you know how much a PITA a bunch of zip-ties is? I would walk away from my own stuff if it had 1,000,000 zip-ties wrapped around it, plus a lock! Make sure the lock & 'ties' arent too easy for a bolt-cutter, point them in all different directions. The crap i give is based on my own firsthand experience, and i try to give the help i can from that experience .
