Default Need Next Step on G8 Not Run

I have a Yamaha G8 that has good motor and solenoid. Cart does not run. looking for where to start a trial to begin tracking down fix it then do total parts replacement. I am on a budget, that's why I want to get it running then start replacing the parts.

If the charger port has a white button in the middle, be suspicious of it. Another common problem is bad diode. Harness next to controller has 2 small black boxes, they are diodes.

Yes it does have a white button. The charger says batteries are charged all the way but I know there not. Can you replace diodes or does it have to be the whole board?

Diodes just plug into the wire harness next to motor controller, easy to Unplug & test. Button in charge port is interlock to prevent driving while plugged in, common failure. First step Is figuring out why not charging, that's a problem not related to white button.
