Default Schafer Axle Upgrades

I just looked at the axle tag on my 2015 (2014 build date) G29 and it has a Schafer axle. Is this synonymous with the Dana? Also, is there a locker/spool option for it? Google didn't really turn up any good info on this particular axle. Thanks!

Exact same as Dana. Rxv posi is direct bolt in. Plowmans may have a cheaper option for you too.

Awesome. Thanks!

*ETA* I researched the RXV & the Dana used in the G22 (assuming all parts match up). It looks like I have 3 options:
1) buy a used RXV differential (haven't seen any for sale)
2) send my diff to Plowman for their posi (can I not install this myself & save some money? I installed an auto-locker in my Land Cruiser myself)
3) weld the spider gears (but my daughter drives this quite a bit on the street)

Any pros/cons to each of these I may not be aware of? Looking for the best bang for my buck. Thanks.

Have done several Rxv posi swaps, works great on gas & electric Yamahas with dana/Schaffer. Never used Plowmans posi. Not a fan of welded spiders on anything used on street, too hard on other parts like axle shafts.

Do you know of a source to buy quality used RXV diff's?
