2010 Polaris breeze. Lights won’t work and won’t always start
I have a 2010 Polaris breeze golf cart. Batteries realively new. No issues at all until Friday. The golf cart would turn on the lights when key was in ignition but wouldn’t go when pedal was pressed. Then randomly, started working. Yesterday, it did the same thing. Looked online for help and found the controller fault codes.
The controller was blinking 4 green lights. I turned off the switch and turned it back on. The golf cart started working but now the lights don’t come on. I can hear the solenoid click when power is applied. I’ve checked the fuses and all three are intact. 50v across the 6 batteries, 48v across the solenoid. Battery indicator comes on and shows full charge. I see no loose connections or coroded terminals. All batteries are full of water. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance! Frank |

Check for any corroded wires at the fuse block or connectors. I have a 2012 where the controller and TIM went out. I rewired the cart and put in an Alltrax, so now the 12v accessories are separate. I have the Breeze OEM wiring diagram if you need it.
