Can't believe this, I will stand behind Scotty as he has been nothing but helpful with everything I have bought in the past from him and is constantly helping others with stuff he does that he didn't even sell. So maybe take a step back and a few deep breaths, consider apologizing as the name calling isn't going to get you very far in this community. Its most likely something very simple, you mentioned that you checked the fuse but never only by looking at it? If this is case you need to invest in a voltmeter as this will come in handy time and time again. Good youtube videos on how to use when you get it and first place I would look is at fuses and the wiring to the solenoid; I can recall the solenoid is a little tricky, but if you read and follow the instructions it will work.

I have had only very positive experiences dealing with Scotty as well! I bought all of the stuff I needed when I upgraded my Yamaha cart. He made me custom cables for my Lithium system. I got my Alltrax controller from him as well.

We can all disagree or have opinions, but let's keep the disrepectful name calling to Facebook....that's why I don't go there. We all want to help (or get help) to fix problems with our carts, and that ain't going to get that done. Peace & love Brothers & Sisters!

And most shops will tell you outright if you don’t follow the instructions and go on your own whims, any warranty is null and void due to misuse/customer abuse. I personally it’s pretty stand-up of him to send you parts you claim defective.

Just my personal opinion.
Well he lied when he said I didn't follow instructions. I followed to the T. It ran fine then stopped. I ordered new solenoid putting it on tonight.

Any more bad language and name calling and I'll shut this thread down! Sounds like Scotty is trying to help you solve this issue! I understand frustration but there's no sense in being vulgar especially if someone is offering help.

This is a FAMILY site and we will keep it that way!

I've followed refollowed directions. Maybe if I dont connect pedal wires directly due to how small wire is and use a larger jumper cable because thats how i had originally hooked it up

Then I attach B+ from battery or alltrax to solenoid + and everything fires up and runs fine. No warning lights outta alltrax. Computer program everything runs great with "magic wire". Maybe b/c i read in directions to connect pedal wires directly to everything, however even with smallest connectors it seems like connection isn't that great and they pull out easily. The first time I used jumpers as you can tell in original pictures, jumpers meaning I attached longer wires to pedal wires and used self soldering barrel connectors. I dunno weird.

Scotty B is fine and he sold me good gear and sent me another pedal, but when he started asking me if I had batteries in my multimeter is when it was on. I have since apologized. I will call alltrax and se what they think.
