Default 2009 Stealth Drive Problem

A new problem. The other day the Stealth just slowly came to a stop even though batteries at full charge. Towed to the garage and jacked it up. Pressed accelerator while in forward and the wheels began to spin for 1 - 2 seconds and then cut off. Wouldn't do anything for 5 - 10 minutes then would do it again. Full voltage to the motor whenever accelerator is pushed in forward or reverse. Any ideas or help appreciated? Thinking motor may be a problem but just makes no sense to me.

Look thru the Club car section on how to check componants from battery outward. Check all your wires on the way out, expecially your cables. Don't assume anything. Just because a cable looks OK, may have corrosion inside .
