Worn brushes. Having to push to get going is a sign of excessive brush wear.

Do I need to remove the cap holding the brushes? Or can I replace them though the access panels? The brushes seem stuck in there

You ever get this fixed. I have the exact same problem. All good then Started jumping like battery dying. All new every but motor. Fully charged and just kinda sputters. Worse in reverse.
