You bring up a good point Sergio - someone may have swapped the 2 positive battery cables on the bottom of the F&R. This would produce the complaint he has posted

With switching those wires is it gonna mess with the FNR lever? What im saying is...right now when i have it on forward im going forward.....if i switch it will i have to switch it to reverse to go forward??

Measure your batteries first, the charger positive wire also goes with the pack positive cable at the FNR, so don't try to move any cables until You understand where they connect.

You can post a picture showing how your batteries are wired and how the FNR is wired, it is really easy to see if they are cabled wrong.

Looking at Your picture #2:
The Left Bottom cable goes to pack positive (Where the Charger 10ga positive wire is also connected).
The Right Bottom cable goes to battery #4 positive post.
Were this pictures taken at different times?

Cool, the FNR is almost invisible in pic #1, but the bottom cables need to be reversed for proper speed
