I think that the plastic and fiberglass is normal for at least some years. I think mine was like that but can’t remember but my neighbors is 100% like that. The neighbors front is a thin but pretty stiff black plastic under the paint. When I replaced my body with a newer one it it had a thicker more traditional tan plastic.

Looks like a Mary Kay cart. I know they used an actual ID tag on the older carts, but I'm not sure of the exact placement or style. They didn't start using stickers until the early 90s. Also possible that's a LSV tag?
I wouldn't think it's a Frankenstein. Looks like a late 80s resistor V-glide cart to me. The front end has the old style factory head lights and those were not a common style for aftermarket add-on. They pretty much only came from the dealer or the factory. |
