The Positive permissive is simply made thru the Run/Tow and Key switch then it carries the PV thru the Light Blue wire to the solenoid. If you do not have that, there could be a bad sonic weld where the Blue wire coming from the Key Switch intersects with the Light Blue wire in the harness. (There will also be another Blue wire and a Tan wire at this sonic weld.)

NoleFAN - thanks for this. I will check this as well. Waiting for the new MCOR and see if this fixes it all. I did jumper the blue and white wire as you suggested from the OBC. It did not change anything for me.thanks Sean

so I have to ask you, what benefit are you seeing from Lithium in your cart ? aside from faster charging and lighter weight what are the promises that sold you on that ? Curious. I have been in the battery (reserve/stationary power) business for 27 years. Lithium is trying to break in anywhere it can.

Got the new MCOR from Revolution and installed last night. Worked out perfect. Thanks again for your help with this

You can run Lithium down to 20% SOC, FLS in only 50%. 300 pound off-set. No more acid mist or mess on the floors. Much more room under the seat to add accessories and play. Safer operation and dependability to name a few.

At the solenoid small posts do the following:
1- Take your DVM and place the red lead on the solid blue wire and the black lead on the main pack negative. You should get 48vdc or PV (If not, we lost the Pos Input. Check the Run/Tow switch and the Key switch for this permissive)
2- Next, take your DVM and place the black lead on the blue/white stripe wire and the red lead on the main pack positive. You should get 48vdc or PV (If not, we lost the Neg input - Fwd/Rev selected, OBC Lockout >30v, MCOR MS, Run/Tow in Run, Key On. etc.)

Hey NoleFan, I did this on a cart with same symptoms. Step 1 good, Step 2 not. Where could I be losing negative input?
