It's the factory All-Sports lift kit. I looked up an exploded diagram from Club Car and they do not offer the bushings or the leaf spring as replacement parts. However, the regular All-Sports spring will work. It's the same. I like to replace those bushings with some of the nice fancy polyurethane red ones that are available at the Auto Parts stores. They look cool and are much better quality than those rubber ones.

I went the All sports website a couple of days ago and actually ordered the front leaf spring and rear heavy duty leaf springs. Thank you for the info on the brand of the lift kit!
