Lift the house. I live on the Alabama Gulf Coast and high houses are dry houses.

You are too kind. Thank you. Nah, no edit necessary. However, I do like "dude".

Thanks again guys and gal/‘dude’ 😉.

I think I’m doing the duct modification, it will allow for a 2nd garage door as well. The house is on Bald Head Island so it’s all carts all the time, and I have a 6 passenger reman ordered.

I’m going to need to find a new home for a couple long in the tooth carts so my cart journey is just getting started it seems. Hopefully smoother going forward.

Appreciate you all.

Oh my, what a terrible place to live. I hope you're able to endure your horrid surrounds on Bald Head.
I like your decision and future plan. Hope you enjoy it for many years to come.

It’s not horrible!

And thanks again CC, if you ever sneak over to BHI, I owe you and cocktail.

Thank you for your most tempting offer.
I hope you realize that my remark was said in jest. BHI is nothing short of fabulous. I could enjoy every moment there. My only remote personal comparison was a stay on Kiawah Island at The Sanctuary. It was close enough that I could enjoy my favorite city - Charleston!

Is it relatively easy/possible to lower a factory lifted Onward 1-2"? Long story short, I bought a new beach house, had my realtor do a measurement in the garage andddddd they mismeasured the height and I now have an overhead HVAC duct issue interfering with my new 2020 lifted Onward.

Seems I can -
a. swap the cart for a traditional (lost $)
b. move HVAC ducting (lead times are an issue)
c. find someone here that can bail me out on lowering it enough (I def need 1", ideally 2")
d. sell the house/find a different realtor/do my own measurements next time.

Appreciate any help here for a newbie. Oh BTW - I live 3 hours away from the house so that makes this all super easy haha.
If about 1" - maybe a hair more than that, will do it, you could drop the front down by 1" by drilling 2 holes in each top mounting plate as shown in red, and in the rear you could drill 2 new holes so that upright would be 1" (or more) lower.

So just holes that are basically invisible if you don't use them, and you don't radically alter anything and can go back original very easily.

Sorry I'm late to the party. What tires are you running?

Maybe an inch lower profile tire.
