How do the rocker panels attach? Over the old ones?

Removed the old rubber ones. Bought a sheet of 1/8" thick aluminum diamond plate ($15) and cut them on a table saw to fit. The frame has grooves where the old rubber rocker panels slid into and the diamond plate almost snapped into those grooves, and then I riveted them into place. I think they look better than the ones I've seen online that are priced five times higher. Just a little sweat in the Texas heat and got er done!

Looks good. Did you use saw blade to cut the aluminum or an abrasive blade to grind through it? I may do what you did because some of the others I've seen look sorta bulky.
