Low speed/under load cut out
Got an odd one...
2001 REGEN 2 PDPlus setup. MCOR style toggle switch FNR The cart runs great. BUT, under very light throttle, only enough to put the cart in a slow crawl it cuts out. And this is isn't a cut out like a flaky throttle, this is like a complete loss of power, but only for a brief second. I have replaced the MCOR, replaced the solenoid, bypassed the solenoid activation function of the obc by running the negative of the solenoid coil to the negative of the pack, pulled the motor to check for dead spots, still nothing no change. I am starting to think the controller if faulty.. Any ideas? |

Re: Low speed/under load cut out
Have you ever noticed it on throttle let up, or when your motor just gets you to the throttle position ?could be your speed sensor maybe the magnets are not in the right position or the speed sensors is not aligned properly

Re: Low speed/under load cut out
does it happen all the time? or only after x minutes? have you checked the temp on the controller while this is happening?

Re: Low speed/under load cut out
Understand, but what I did would have removed it from the picture so it's ruled out.
