If you look at you lift kit closely the lower most control arm has a threaded portion. You need to turn this in to change the camber "looks like you have to much negative camber". You can download an app on your iPhone to check the angle called inclinometer. Let me know if this helps. Or if you need more info.

On a non lifted club car you have to loosen front leaf spring and slide it to one side or the other. It will change booth wheels at the same time. Example if you have one wheel negative and the other positive all you do is make them both the same.

I was assuming it was a new install. That's a good call on the bushings.
