Re: 97 txt dcs problem
First thing - charge the batteries 36v is empty. Be kind to your battery investment. Keep them charged up all the time. 38.4 is a fully charged pack.
You say solenoid clicks when you try to go? What controller do you have? Can you post a pic of the install? |

Re: 97 txt dcs problem
Ok I will I thought 36 meant 36. Its a stock controller I know get rid of it but it's what I have. I just don't understand if the motor is no good why would it beep as soon as it's switched to run mode. Its like it's stuck in reverse but without movement. All micro switches are clicking too.

Re: 97 txt dcs problem
DCS did have beep codes. I'm also not sure why you get a beep but I don't think it is significant to diagnosis. Does the solenoid click when you try to go?

Re: 97 txt dcs problem
Starts off beeping then I move switch to reverse and press pedal and it clicks then beeping stops until I put in neutral then starts beeping again. No movement

Re: 97 txt dcs problem
Sounds like you have not enough power to move? Have you put a meter on the pack and observed the voltage drop when you try to go?

Re: 97 txt dcs problem
Even at 36 volts I would think it would still move or else batteries would have to keep 38 constant volts in order to run.
