How Fast???
i have a 94 ezgo workhorse (short wheelbase). honda 24hp, comet 1190, strech intake, and exhaust, stock driven clutch, 23x12x10 wheels, tires. the thing tops out @ 25 on the gps @ 3800 rpm. is this ok? i've seen the honda kit in other carts that say they do closer to . amek sells the kit and claims it does 40+...... whats the deal?.... i have the timing adv. key and upgraded valve springs, and 30/30 profile cam in the works, that should wake it up a bit. but just thought it would be faster than it is! any suggestions would be great.... thanks jason

thanks guys!, i've had the motor in for about 6 mos. and am very happy. just have been seeing other carts and something didnt add up. lower gears makes sense! kinda hard to get 35+ mph @ the campground anyhow.... just out of curiousity, would the non workhorse, txt gears interchange?

I believe so I am considering the same thing I have plenty of power and low gears in my workhorse
