TXT non DCS go fast ?
Have 3 friends at the beach with TXT fleet carts, years are 2003,2001,and 1999.All are stock but the 99 is lifted and wheels and tires. All three are looking for more speed and tork.My experience is mostly CC so I thought I'd ask yall what direction to go motor, controller, both ??They all want the most bang for the buck.I am looking at EMP 2 spd for an old marathon would this work on the TXT's?? How much do the EMP 2 spd motors cost?? Thanx Dave

Re: TXT non DCS go fast ?
A move to 48v on the existing motor with an Alltrax 400amp controller, HD solenoid, 48v charger, and 4g welding cables should make them happy. If that's not enough then it's motor upgrade time, but nothing is wasted if you use this path. This assumes that all carts are Series systems, not Sepex systems.
