It's not quite 48v -> 48v the full charge voltage & empty voltage are a little different between lithium and lead Batts. So energy meters (including the one built in rxv controller) don't work correctly.

I just ran into a similar problem with the RXV. Most of these aftermarket sites have lift kits advertised for 08-present and a few also have some 14-present. The rear axle leaf spring pad and shock mounting bracket is different on the 14. The axle housing tube is also different where the spring pad goes. Quite frustrating as I ordered a kit for an 08-present RXV to help a buddy modify his cart.

That is a cover. Not sure if it would fit. The newer dashes have a different center and cupholder design.

Did they change the spindle or axle angles? I put a lift from Amazon on a 2017 TXT 48v and the front camber was waaay off. the lift came in a box when I bought the cart. so maybe it’s for a 2013 or older? I don’t know but it’s frustrating. Also the rear is 3” wider than the front lol.
