Default removing bearings from crank G1

i have a Gi that has some end play on the flywheel side i've order bearings and seals gaskets and have got it tore down to the crank with the bearings on but don't have a press to remove the bearings dose anyone have a way to remove them without a press any help would be greatly appreciated

Pretty sure you need to press them off. You can try heating the bearing with a torch and tapping them with a hammer. Just apply the heat to the bearing only, keep a cold wet towel on the crank. Heat evenly and tap every 30 seconds or so until it moves.

This is what I did. If that crank gets messed up you are in a world of hurt. I actually took all of the disassembled parts I had, new parts, and service manual to a local engine shop. They put everything together for me for $70. All I had to do was drop the motor back into the cart. That was money well spent if you ask me.

Wow that's a really good deal. I remember having the cylinder bored on my Enticer setup and it was like a 3 week wait for engine machine work. If I could get it done in less than a week I'd definitely do that.
