That sounds about normal to me. The 40 mph reference was referring to downhill

Yes the 40 mph reference downhill with the wind in my back... Under all other situations I usally see in range of + 28 to 33 mph....

And it looks as though I may have taller tires than txpres with mine being 22" tall...

I've come to the conclusion that they're all different. 37MPH was my maximum speed ever. But I'd cruise all day at around 28-31

My serial# is aq0435. I messed up on the year. I see now it's an04 from the serial#
