Dpi ???
I have a 48v buggy with 6-8v napa batties (east penn). The pack voltage after a charge is 52.2v,each battery is 8.7-8.8v. When the charger turns off the pack voltage is 53.6v. I am using mode 2 on the charger,do you think that is the correct mode or should i be using a high mode?? Thanks

Sounds just about spot on... NAPA batteries are no different than any other FLA battery such as Trojan & Crown... My DPI floats my batteries at an even 53.0 volts... You are good anywhere between 51 and 54 float volts, if kept much higher for extended periods I might worry about gassing...

What is the pack voltage after the batteries have been allowed to rest (IE: charger disconnected from cart and cart has not been used) for 12 hours?
