Ok. I have continuity for both blue wire and brown wire. All other wires are tight and everything is very clean back there.

So based on this does it look like a bad controller? Recommendations? Get factory Oem controller or is there a heavier duty model.

Anything else I should check before making this purchase? Are they fixable or need to buy new?
Thanks in advance for your input

They are repairable, but I recommend upgrading. I recommend the Alltrax XCT300 controller. It'll pep the cart up quite a bit and you won't have to upgrade the cables or the solenoid to use it.

Thanks for recommendation. One last question. I Will be following instructions to test Mcor later just to ensure I have tested everything before making that controller purchase. Is there a possibility that it could be the Mcor?

No. The MCOR has nothing to do with the forward and reverse operation of the vehicle.

Based on expense of a new controller, at this time I opted to go with rebuilt. (2 kids in college lol) Should be back in about a week. In meantime I received the Main Dropout harness from you. Can you advise where I connect that? At the tow/run switch?
Thanks

Yes. Disconnect the Tow/Run switch and plug the harness in and leave it there. Thanks for your order.

The company I sent controller to for a rebuild just called and advised after bench testing that the controller works fine in forward and reverse. Stated nothing wrong with it.

I did get a new f/r switch in mail after I sent controller out. When I get controller back I will put back together with new switch and see what happens. Although after testing was convinced it wasn't the switch.

Other than that any other thoughts?

Let me know what it does when you re-install it. We've covered all the bases here. Controller passed test, F&R switch bypassed and problem still existed, checked all wiring for continuity and they passed the test as well. There's literally nothing else that can cause the issue.
