Cart runs fine in the air... can't go on the ground.
Every electronic part is working. Most likely the batteries are bad. Attach a voltmeter to the battery pack. Note the reading, now watch the meter when you try to go. What was the 'at rest' & lowest readings? |

Check the batteries at the batteries. Checking the batteries at the controller would be checking the batteries, the solenoid, and cables in between.

Re: 01 EZGO Won't Go need Help !!
each battery checks at 6.37 Volts and the Set actually checked at 38.22 volts is there a way to test that Speed or throttle sensor down in the floor ?? The small micro switch is to be working OK but not sure on the sensor for no mater how far the rod or pedal is pushed the cart doesn't move any faster or stronger,( I can hold it back by placing my foot against the rear tire an pushing the throttle to the floor )

What are the battery voltages under a load? That's critical. I doubt its the ITS switch
