Default How do you measure speed?

I see lots of posts on how fast everybodys cart is but how do you know? Do you just clock it with another vehicle?

On my 2016 Express S4 HO the manual says 16 mph +. I upgraded the factory 20 inch tires to 23 inch tall tires which I'm guessing made it faster. Any guesses just based on the literature and adding taller tires?

I like that you can put the phone down and it will remember top speed for you.

I was looking for my High score. Can't find it. Guess it didn't make it to the new phone.
