2006 EZGO TXT issue no sound in R / won't move

I have read the posts here and tried a search but can't quite locate my issue.

I have a 2006 EZGO TXT 36 Volt (think it is a series) has a forward / reverse lever by legs. It was running fine then stopped.

Replaced the following:
Key switch (orig was broken)
solenoid, diode and resistor with no positive results.
micro switch down in foot well with no positive results.

I have jacked it up and was able to get the tires to spin forward and reverse by jumping the solenoid.

When it is on the ground and key is on, the reverse lever in R there is no alarm, no solenoid click and no movement or click when arm is moved to forward.

Battery bank has 37.8v across it.

Prior owner bypassed the reed switch.

I have continuity from the key switch blue & green wires, white plug into the controller to the micro switch and forward reverse wires.

I am at a complete loss, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe the F&R micro switch (ms) is only making contact in F and not R.
It is the ms on the drivers side of your series F&R. It should close in F&R.

Would this also prevent the cart from moving forward & reverse on the ground but allow the tires to spin forward and reverse in the air?

No - That makes me think you have a poor connection in the F&R contacts - Try tightening the center 9/16 nut 1/2 to 3/4 turn and retest reverse.

Scottyb, thank you for your assistance, it turns out one of the micro switches on the F&R was stuck, took it off and got it cleaned up. I need to find replacement micro switches for the F&R as they look fairly worn and I can't find any part # on the one I cleaned.

Do you sell them individually?
