Default look for help on wiring precedent

This is being move here for better coverage.
Anyone on here know for sure where to hook the blue wire that has a 15 amp inline fuse????
I'm sure it hooks to one of the extra wire on the pos or neg post on a precedent 2004 to 2008. I just don't want to hook it up wrong. The diagram, I look at shows the spades, but not what hooks to them. This cart has factory lights.

thanks all

Thanks, I'm so proud of your knowledge and help.
So with a cart with a DC to DC converter, I hook it to a plus on battery ???

I need to make me one of those....
Looks easy, but I'd go with a wiper motor and tote around a 12 volt motorcycle battery with me.

And like a say all the time
Thanks to( ALL) that takes the time to keep me informed and try to help an old man that has lots of question AND no knowledge.
