Those are made by Johnson Controls and are rated for 115 Minutes @75A, so they are roughly 225AH batteries.

Do you still get a low-voltage beep code in diagnostic mode?

In forward with key on, does solenoid click when pedal is pushed?

When you push cart by hand in Run mode, does solenoid click and the beeper beeps rapidly?

I still get a low voltage code but voltage is 39.2V but there is no solenoid click and it doesn't click or beep when pushed in run mode.

The PDS has a "walkaway" safety feature. Unless the Run/Tow switch is in Tow, when the cart is moved (pushed/pulled/towed/rolls on hill/ etc) the controller applies max regen braking and sounds the beeper. The concept is to let you know you have a cart running away and limit the speed to <2MPH so you can catch up with it.

Since that isn't kicking in, you may have a bad controller.

For normal operation, you need to have full battery pack voltage (39.2V) on all the wires highlighted in red on attached schematic.

Toss an Alltrax XCT48400-PDS (or larger) controller in it and it'll do about 24 MPH of stock height (18" tall) tires.

You have the makings of a wicked cart.
