going to help refurbish this cart







has not run in a year

first it needs batteries and wiring

Man that is a fantastic example of spaghetti wiring.....

But the cables look HD and in good shape...

Yep. I love the different colored batteries, cables and the alligator clips. Adds lots of character to the nostalgia.

the "alligator clips" are where i tried to get a charge on the only battery to show voltage 1.8v
L2 date code
there are wire nuts all over the place
it will need the master cylinder replaced
micro switches
solenoids
roof
seats re covered
paint
windshield
rims & tires

Seriously CTD there have been a lot of questions about those brakes recently. There are some automotive applications that are cheap and readily available. I'll help find stuff if you need me to.

Agree!!! All that is missing is some lamp cord, 16/2 house wire and a little masking tape for contrast.

well found first problems

key switch is bad
f/r switch has been swapped for newer one and i'm not sure it's wired right
light switch is frozen
seat can not be removed with out taking hinges off

Looks like a cool build!! How is the frame? After you look after the mechanicals, you sure have a great "canvas" for a custom paint job!
