The solenoid carts were like an etch-a-sketch compared to these.. Cant wait to see some Li-Ion conversions on these old girls...

no questions are dumb
Being the Powerdrive model, I need an actual rocker switch assembly as opposed to the lever type?

you need the rocker switch

The motor says this on it:

Meaning? Anything good/Bad?

spandex motor ... it is good , has regen braking on it (small wires on end of motor)

So, if the controller is good, and I eliminate the OBC, and get a DPI charger...
sounds like a great plan
All I would need then are a few things to get it mobile... That would be impressive.
yes it would

So if I'm not mistaken, this is a Regen 2 sepex cart. You could potentially upgrade to the IQ system and use your current motor.

I know people on here have done it. Maybe try searching this section of the forum.

Regen 1 and 2 sepex systems were stepping stones to the far superior IQ sepex system. Upgrading to IQ will give you better performance as well opening up your options as far as aftermarket controllers, like an Alltrax. To my knowledge, both stock and aftermarket controllers are becoming very hard to find these days for the Regen 1 and 2 systems...

I'm down for some fun.. But this little project, at the end of her run, is really only a flip.

Can't be dropping an extra $1000 on stuff that would make (fun) sense to a devoted cart fan.

Market here won't bear it, unfortunately. But I'll still try and make it one of a kind, for sure....

Something keeps telling me to paint it a super Lime Green metallic, with some matte scallops or something... Or, I've had a few beers... They go hand in hand.
