Replacing batteries today need opinion

I hear you loud and clear on the OCD thing. I suffer from immediate gratification disorder myself. Leads to making lots of mistakes. Been using delay techniques for years but now am finding I suffer from over analyzing things!

You may have to wait a while. The reason EV isn't able to produce, is because the person who does all there BMS set up and balancing of the packs has been really sick and out for a while. They don't have an exspected return date for him. They will sell you the cells alone but won't sell any BMS or DIY complete kits because they have no one to balance the cells or set up the BMS. They offered to refund my money yesterday. Said it could be months before they sell again, and if I had other options that I should go with them.

Man that stinks for a lot of reasons, I guess I'll keep doing some research then.

Best I can recall when I was doing research last spring this company got some bad customer service reviews.

I've done zero research, but from what I've been following on this forum, most folks seemed happy? When they had questions about something that isn't standard, they got good advise?

Just to clarify things, I was referring to this particular company in the above thread https://www.lithiumion-batteries.com/EVGOLFCART.php. This is not the same as EVbatterycenter.com. I have an EVbatterycenter pack and am super pleased with it.

I didn't know there were two EV's.
