Wow, that sucks I got lucky and got a DIY pack last month. You would think they would be able to learn how to program the BMS? It has a 4 pin connector that you can get to connect to USB. Should be fairly simple parameters to enter for the specific pack cell numbers, temperature ranges, amperage, etc.
