How are you measuring at the motor? From terminal to terminal?

Also is this a stock cart? I have a 1993 Ezgo and just redid the whole thing, so maybe I can help.

ty 420 for your response and yes its all stock. I used a volt meter and put ground on battery and tested the volts when I hit peddle both forward & rev. I cked ever point from solenoid to the controllers to computer and then to motor all is getting around 35 volts.

Sounds like you may be right about the motor. I'd keep looking back on your thread here, you'll get some testing tips. Sounds like your testing it correctly.

I have a '91 Marathon that we were having the same problems with. found the wire from to Pot to the microswitch were missing/broke. Replaced F/R switch & replaced the broken wires & it ran. But now I'm in the same boat after removing all lighting wiring. Not sure if my hubby "removed" needed wiring. He's not very good with wiring & he was not patient enough to wait for me!

35v? Is that the actual reading you’re getting? You said around 35, but what’s the exact reading? I’m not sure if that’s enough to turn the motor, or not, but that’s only 20% soc. Really, really low.
