ezgo rxv wiring diagram

Looking for an ezgo rxv wiring diagram. I have a 83A21102A part number motor controller im trying to swap into a tomberlin vanish utv. pretty sure 2010 ezgo rxv is the year im looking for. The 23 pin connector is the same on each Danaher controller but the wires are in different positions on the tomberlin compared to the ezgo. Figured it would be plug and play but not so.

I don't know all about any ac powered tomberlin, but the rxv controller is very picky about passing all startup tests, and I'm not sure you could ever get all tests to pass. Have you ever seen/heard of someone else get a Rxv controller to work in a tomberlin?

cgtech, you are correct. The earlier Tomberlin UTVs used an ACD (Danaher) controller that looks very similar to the RXV Danaher, but the internal programming is quite different. If he had the software for the industrial ACD controller, it might allow him to erase and reconfigure the RXV controller for his Tomberlin. We don't know what sort of throttle or regen braking inputs the Tomberlins controller was set for, or how the other inputs and outputs are configured. That would need to be known so that the RXV controller could possibly be reconfigured. The ACD industrial controller of that era was very configurable, but they have been obsolete for too long. Little supportive information is available these days. Attempts to find the information routes searchers to the newer controllers that replaced the obsolete ones.

I appreciate the responses, most likely giving up on this controller swap. Going to try to have the oem controller rebuilt and install it. if still no go, parting it out or converting the entire drive system to aftermarket dc motor/controller or gas.
