Default Help with All Sport Super Sport 6in Install

Few questions on installing an All Sport Super Sport lift...finding the instructions a little lacking.

1) Which bolts does the thread locker need to go on?
2) How should I set the camber. Do the heim "bolts" need to be parallel to the ground? Should the top be further out than the bottom?
3) Once set, do I just use the bolt in combination with the insert (not washer)?
4) What is the best way to set the toe in/or verify it? How much toe-in is preferred?

Thanks for the help y'all

1-spindle bolts
2-use framing square, tire should be perpendicular to the floor
3-see various threads on alignment, make sure you set camber first
4-I like 0 toe best on mine. Try 0 to 1/8” toe in and out to see what you like best.

The top & bottom bolts on the spindle that go thru the heim joints.

Most people use a square on flat ground. I rigged a plumb bob and took measurements from the wheel bead at the 6 & 12 o'clock positions. Adjust upper & lower heim joints to 0.0 camber.
3) Once set, do I just use the bolt in combination with the insert (not washer)?
Need more information!

I bungee a straight edge to the outside of both front tires parallel to the ground and centered on the wheel and measure the distance between the straight edges at the front and rear of the tires. Back off jamb nuts on tie rod and rotate tie rod so you have 1/8" toe in.

Thanks for the help y'all
Tighten everything up and drive around to settle the suspension and recheck camber & toe.
