Default Up hill acceleration issue

I have a 1998 ezgo 36v. Batteries were new last year and have been maintained. It struggles going up any type of incline but will run anywhere else like it’s brand new. Make a weird vibration noise going up hills also.

Please help

Please check battery voltage while going up that hill, voltage should not drop below 31.5v.

Check each battery independently going up same hill. You may have one bad one.
