Default ZonE cart? Curtis SepEx runs ok in reverse but only for a sec. in Forward code 34

I have what I think is ZonE cart? Looks like a Ezgo. It has Curtis SepEx Controller. Runs fine in Rev, but only for a second in Forward then shuts down , work the pedal a few times and it might go but usually takes many many times to get it to go. The flashing code is 34 .
New Batteries all cables clean and tight, batteries full charge .
Cart had been sitting for a while. I did get to get it to stay engaged and drove it it for 2-3 minutes, seemed less intermittent but started right back to doing the same thing. Thx .... where to start ? I’ve read the fault code but where would you start testing and checking ? THX
I’ve never worked on a controller or cart like this !

The H-Bridge that swaps polarity to the field/stator windings has failed. You could wire the controller to always be in reverse and use a DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw) Center Off slide switch or toggle switch, at least 20 Amp rated, to do the F/N/R switching of the field/stator polarity for you.

Or you can buy an Alltrax SepEx controller to replace your controller with.
