I check n I’m only getting 1v from pin 16 but what is weird that I put it on the our cart it works

Yea, that's what happens when the encoders draw too much power and drag the 5V supply down. The problem is in the cart, not the controller! Please try to understand, the power supply in the controller that powers the 5V supply for the encoders is only 1 Amp... It only takes 1 bad encoder to wipe out that 5V... You have 3 encoders drawing 5V power from that 5V power supply... The motor speed encoder, the throttle encoder, and the brake encoder. It could be any one of those, two of those, or all three of those. There is nothing that we can do to fix this for you. You will have to unplug them all, then plug each one in by itself and check to see when your 5V supply drops in voltage. replace any encoders that cause the 5V to drop out!

I unplug all 3 n I put back brake n throttle I got my 5 v back then when I put the speed encoder back it drop then I unplugged it again got my peddles back so my speed encoder is drawing the power from my peddles I hope changing the speed encoder helps
