ezgo pedal box micro switch
I have a 1999 ezgo converted to 48v with and an axe 4855 controller a mzj400amp and sw202 f&r switching. we keep burning the pedal box micro switch with in seconds of testing the forward/ reverse operation of cart. any suggestions?

Could be you have the diode installed backwards on the solenoid. The end of the diode with the stripe goes on the small terminal with the positive wire.

I put new diode and solenoid with stripe band on the + side of small terminals so it is ok. Wasn't sure if the diodes on the sw202 can cause this or a bad controller ? any thoughts
