Default Precedent steering guestion

This may be normal but I’m not sure. Our cart seems very quick in steering.i don’t really know how else to say it. Seems like it wants to jump in the direction you steer rather than a smooth transition. Sometimes it almost skips. Speed does matter, worse at top speed but that would make sense.
I replaced the bushings and rod ends and new standard size wheels and tires. I tried to align it as per the manual. But I feel like something is off.
Any ideas are appreciated.
