Marathon accelerator

1990 Marathon. Anyone know of a more modern accelerator pedal/potentiometer that I could use with my Alltrax controller. My free farm find has everything new now except for this 30 year old potentiometer. It works but I'm all in now. So I might as well update it as well.

If it is a stock controller, you are more or less stuck with the pot-box throttle.

I replaced the curtis with an alltrax. I just updated the post to reflect this as well.

Noticed you have a thread that says you have an Alltrax controller in the Marathon.

If so you can use an electronic pedal.

Carts Unlimited sells them as part of a conversion kit, but Scotty might sell them separately. Contact him and ask.

I'm sure he might be busy. Haven't heard back by email yet. In the process i was wondering if the pedal is electronic, how does it disable the parking brake? I have seen many very similar pedals that are Alltrax compatible. It seems to me that almost any can work with this controller so I'm contemplating making something work if I can figure out the brake release.
