Controller- motor compatibility
Recently bought a used 2002 ezgo, PDS cart to use 90% on the golf course. Was not maintained well.
Replacing multiple pieces with stock pieces (live and learn will do better next time). Anyway, replaced f/r switch and solenoid from ezgo. Replaced controller- buggies unlimited-curtis 350a item # 347 Need to replace motor (old one had broken wire). Looking a D&D motors either part # 170-505-0001 or 170-501-0001. Can anyone confirm if these motors and the controller are compatible? Will the controller need to be programmed? Can this one even be programmed? Very nervous to pull the trigger on this purchase only to find out it won’t work…put more money in this than I was bargaining for already. Any help is appreciated. |

Re: Controller- motor compatibility
The 505 is a stock replacement and should work fine with that controller.
