Default Re: Tierod end removal help!!!

I was finally able to remove it. I pulled the whole steering assembly off. It took soaking it with PB Parts Blaster and some muscle on a Pipe Wrench to finally loosen it. The threads were stripped on the threaded steering rod and inside the tie rod. I found a 12mm x 1.25 die from Napa to re-cut the stripped rod threads. A local golf cart shop had a new tie rod for $20. Problem solved!
